Refund policy

Clearance items and special orders are always final sales.

If item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item within 3 business days of receipt to info@poshboutique.store.

Returns will ONLY BE ELIGIBLE for SIZE EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. We do not offer refunds!  

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you are exchanging or is returning an item(s) for store credit.

    • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    • All items must be returned in NEW condition in original packaging. This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free. If any of the return items are found in the above conditions, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay the shipping. 
    • Please include your filled out returns slip or a note in your package with your Name, Address, Phone Number and a brief description of what you are requesting.

If your order was our mistake we will send a return label via email.
